Shipping
- Original artworks are carefully packed in rigid Kraft tubes and sculptures in protected boxes. Sent via postal service company DHL. Once shipped a tracking number will be provided via email.
- The shipping costs are subject to change depending location and size of artwork.
- Your artwork will be shipped between 5-7 business days of your purchase date,
- A confirmation email will be sent once your order is on its way an estimated delivery date will be provided depending on your location
( in case of any delay you are to be notified asap).
Import tax
Unfortunately I have no control over import taxes that may be charged upon delivery by customs, the buyer is responsible for covering these costs and I do not offer any refund on these fees.
Returns
- If an artwork does not meet your expectations and you wish to return it please contact me within 7 days of receiving it so we can discuss further.
- If you cannot find your order please contact me
- In the unlikely event that the artwork arrives damaged please contact me with clear pictures of the damage.
- shipping fees are non refundable
